About the role
Co Design Construct has an exciting opportunity where you can be a major player in a small team, working in all aspects of project delivery.
This is primarily a Project Manager/ Site Manager / Supervisor role but depending on skill set may also include involvement in preparation of tenders and aspects of contract administration.
The nature of the works in which we engage is best suited to a candidate with versatile skills.
Equal in importance, you will use your local industry experience to help generate and develop new business.
Specific tasks and responsibilities include;
Taking a project brief and providing sound construction advice.
Onsite management of personnel, subcontractors, safety, logistics and programme.
Communicate with client representatives in relation to all site based operations
Participate in estimating, bid preparation, procurement and Contract Administration.
Business systems management on site including WHS, environmental and quality systems.




Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
Participate in business development activity in order to generate growth thru business contacts.

Opportunity for advancement
Skills and experience required;
Experience in Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects is required as well as a willingness to work some weekends and out of normal hours as required.
Sound communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
Computer skills at a proficient level are essential.
Experience in the use of Procore, BuildPass and Xero would be an advantage.
Current WHS knowledge and experience essential.
Qualifications can be trade based or from a tertiary institution.
Minimal qualifications may be considered.
Current drivers license and white card essential.
Ability to obtain a police clearance and DCSI working with children clearance essential.
