Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.
This role contributes significantly to providing premium service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a skilled and compassionate manner supporting the company's purpose in "Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love".
Responsibilities:
Carry out the collection and transfer of pets between sites on a nightly basis
Assist the Cremation Team with the lifting/unloading of pets as required
Ensure the coordination of cages and pet placement is carried out in accordance with company policy and procedure
Liaise with the Area Managers and Prep Teams as required
Attend team and company meetings as required
Take personal responsibility for upholding standards relating to presentation, property, hygiene, including prompt reporting of loss, damage, or maintenance needs
Taking responsibility of reporting hazards and risks that may cause harm or injury, and adhering to WH&S; policies and procedures
Requirements:
Valid HR Drivers Licence (8 ton truck)
Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
