About the Role
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting venue leadership by:
Leading from the floor: Engaging, coaching, and supporting front‐of‐house teams during service.
Delivering operational excellence: Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Championing exceptional guest experiences: By resolving issues with professionalism, care, and composure to ensure every guest departs feeling genuinely valued and delighted.
Building team culture: Fostering collaboration, accountability, and fun in a fast‐paced environment.
Supporting compliance & standards: Maintaining venue policies, safety practices, and service consistency.
