As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an additional team member to support our operations.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Wool Store Operator to join our team in Corowa, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where you can develop your skills across wool handling, processing, marketing, and warehouse operations.
As a Wool Store Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting and assessing greasy wool
Typing wool based on length, colour, evenness, vegetable matter content, and strength
Stacking, sorting, and preparing wool for sale and processing
Processing wool for internal and external markets
Assisting with wool pick-ups as required
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight
Supporting wool marketing activities
Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
Working collaboratively within a team-focused workplace
Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organised workplace
About You
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Be a team player with a willingness to learn




Hold a current Forklift Licence and have practical forklift operating experience
Have wool classing, wool handling, or wool industry experience
Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Be reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Possess strong communication and organisational skills
Have basic administration and record-keeping abilities
Hold unrestricted Australian work rights for ongoing employment
