As a world leader in Cardiovascular and a leading player in Neuromodulation, we offer you a chance to make a difference for more than one million patients each year across 80+ countries.Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete allocated work to ensure production plans, including daily volumes, are executed and completed according to schedule, escalating as needed.Assemble medical device sets according to drawing instructions with the highest quality and regulatory compliance, achieving optimal cost and efficiency.Ensure all required quality checks are completed before release.Segregate and control assembled jobs to prevent mix‐ups.Comply with quality system documentation, using required procedures and documentation.Notify Team Leader promptly of any proposed changes or deviations from standard production processes.Support the Team Leader by participating in reviews of nonconformance reports, reprocessing manufactured finished goods complaints, preventive and corrective actions, maintenance and calibration, testing and monitoring results, training needs & identification (including process changes).
Maintain area cleanliness as instructed by the Supervisor or Team Leader.Recommend process and infrastructure improvements to achieve "Right First Time" outcomes and create business value.Actively seek continuous improvement for self and overall outcomes.Ensure in-process and finished products are labelled, identified, and segregated in production to prevent errors.Verify that stock issued by kitting is correct stock and quantity per batch paperwork.Comply with LivaNova Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S;), regulatory,
