Established for over 20 years, the practice has built a strong reputation for ethical, minimally invasive dentistry and exceptional long-term patient care.We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Dental Assistant / Clinical Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working 4 days per week.
This role combines advanced chairside assisting with clinical coordination to support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced dental assistant seeking greater ownership, structure, and involvement in the operational side of a premium boutique practice.
You'll play an integral role in shaping the patient and team experience within a calm, highly organised clinical environment.
We are looking for someone who values high standards, consistency, organisation, and team culture, and who takes pride in ensuring the clinical environment runs seamlessly each day.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinical workflow and ensure surgeries are fully prepared and operationalProvide chairside assistance across restorative, cosmetic, and biomimetic proceduresSupport patient comfort, communication, and treatment flowMaintain high sterilisation and infection control standardsCoordinate clinical stock, materials,
