Position: Head Barista - Full-time - Weekends essential
We are offering above-award rates for a highly experienced Barista who possesses a genuine passion for coffee.
This position is well-suited to someone who wants stability, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in crafting the perfect cup.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
A minimum of 2 years of barista experience, ideally as a Head Barista, with a strong passion for coffee.
Expertise in latte art and coffee-making techniques
Experience working in a high-volume café
Robust communication skills and a team player attitude
Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, professionalism,



and a well-presented appearance
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee, tea, frappes, cold beverages, and other café drinks to company standards.
Operate, clean, and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders, and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Dial in espresso daily and adjust grind settings to maintain coffee quality throughout service.
Train, mentor, and support baristas and front-of-house team members in coffee preparation, customer service, and operational standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.
Take customer orders, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and EFTPOS payments.
