The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Nursing, Golden Oaks Complex, the Director of Nursing, Gibson Street Group, and the Residential Services Management Team.
Key responsibilities include diary management, telephone and correspondence management, electronic records management, payroll support using Kronos, administration of the MANAD aged care electronic medical record system, coordination of the business planning cycle, distribution of correspondence and monitoring the collation of monthly reports.
If you are an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting senior leaders, this role is for you.

Aged Care Residential Services Department
Bendigo Health's Aged Care provides accommodation for 267 older residents of Bendigo and surrounding areas who require residential aged care in a nursing home.We're facilities are spread over multiple campuses:
SimpkinHouse , is located at 6 Gibson Street and consists of a 30 aged care mental health beds




Specialist Dementia Care Program Unit located at the same site as Simpkin House consists of 9 beds unit offering temporary care with a goal to stabilise and reduce a person's behavioural symptoms with a supported transition into a less intensive care setting
Golden Oaks Complex islocated in Stoneham Street, Golden Square.
