This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, building strong relationships across the business, and contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting.About the RoleIn this role, you'll support the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring our financial data is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and play a key role in month-end processes, reporting, and continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingPreparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsMaintaining and reconciling the general ledgerSupporting month-end and year-end close processes (journals, accruals, reconciliations)Monitoring equipment sales,



rentals and trade-insAssisting with stocktakes and inventory reconciliations (including parts and attachments)Working with internal teams to ensure financial data is complete and accurateSupporting audit requirements with schedules and documentationAssisting with cost analysis across operations and service divisionsContributing to cashflow reporting and forecastingSupporting financial projects and ad hoc reportingIdentifying process improvements and efficienciesWhat We're Looking ForCA/CPA qualified or working towardsAround 2–3 years' experience in a Accountant or similar roleStrong understanding of Australian accounting standardsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesGreat communication skills and ability to build relationships across the businessComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamExperience using multiple systems and multiple legal entitiesDesired Skills and ExperienceWhy Join Us:Competitive salary based on experienceOngoing career development and trainingReward and recognition programsFamily-owned and growing business with career growth opportunities locally & nationallyEmployee assistance and wellbeing program for you and your householdStable employment and long-term career opportunitiesEmployee discount program through Maxxia and Samsung
