Shift: Afternoon (2:00pm – 10:00pm), Night (10:00pm – 6:00am).
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacture nonwoven products to specification while maximising equipment performance
Monitor and adjust production settings to achieve optimal output and quality
Lead, coach, and develop team members on the production line
Supervise end‐of‐line operators and step in for the Shift Supervisor when needed
Perform product changeovers (weight, width, thickness) efficiently
Conduct and record quality checks, ensuring all products meet standards
Maintain accurate production records, samples, and specifications
Carry out minor maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
Champion safety, applying lockout procedures and identifying hazards
Report incidents and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate across shifts to ensure seamless operations
What You Bring
Committed to safety, quality, and following procedures
Comfortable working shifts (day, afternoon, night)
and working overtime where required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of fibres or nonwoven processes is a plus!

A strong communicator with solid literacy and numeracy skills
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and sharing knowledge
