We are built to last.About the RoleWe're looking for a highly organised, detail‐obsessed Assistant Designer to be the operational backbone of our design team.
You'll work closely with the Senior Designer across the full product lifecycle from initial concept and development through to sampling, ranging, and launch.This is a role for someone who loves both the creative and operational sides of design: someone who notices the details others miss, stays one step ahead, and thrives in a quick‐paced, collaborative environment.WHAT YOU'LL OWNDesign & DevelopmentAssist with trend and market research, mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal inspirationCreate technical CADs, range pages, and specification sheetsPreparation of development briefs for suppliersAssist in fabric, trim, and material sourcing as requiredTrack development samplesMaintain accurate records of lab dips, strike‐offs, and tech pack submissions and approvalsSupport supplier communication, costing inputs, and product approvalsProduct Systems & OrganisationMaintain product data in AP21 and Clo‐set, or equivalent systemsUpdate BOMs, colourways, and style information,



keeping files clean and currentManage WIP tracking, sample logs, and critical path updates across the teamAdmin & CoordinationProvide day‐to‐day administrative support to the Senior DesignerPrepare documentation for range and buy meetingsKeep design sample areas organised and up to dateSupport additional design projects and administrative tasks as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREssential1–3 years' experience in a design, product development, or creative support role (internships considered)Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or similar disciplineStrong Adobe Illustrator skills – confident creating technical CADs and spec sheetsSolid understanding of garment construction, fit, and textilesExperience managing sample tracking and critical path adminProficient in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceExceptional organisational skills and obsessive attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐moving environmentClear, professional communicator – written and verbalThe right person for this role is detail‐obsessed but not rigid, creative but operationally sharp.
