The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining problem-solving, communication and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining product listings in NetSuite and ShopifyUpdating specifications, pricing and product imageryCoordinating with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and swatchesMonitoring freight updates and ETA changesAssisting with workflow improvements and process efficiencies, including the use of AI and automation toolsResponding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chatAssisting with product, stock, specification and lead time questionsHelp to manage events and showroom bookingsPromotions: helping to coordinate the delivery and returns of prizesLiaising with the warehouse team regarding deliveries and dispatchesQualifications1+ years' experience in a similar roleIdeal industry experience across Retail, Homewares, LifestyleStrong organisational and administrative skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailComfortable working with systems and technologyInterest in AI, automation and improving workflows is welcomed
