Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role forms an integral part of the National Finance Team, working closely with sales teams and customers to support effective debt collection and proactive customer account management.The Access Hardware story began in **** as a family owned and operated Australian company dedicated to excellence in architectural hardware and security solutions.In ****, we celebrated 50 years of service as Australia's leading supplier of commercial door hardware, locksmithing, and security solutions.With a national presence and 350+ team members across Australia, we support trade, commercial, and major project customers with a complete range of products and services.We have recently strengthened our offering with the acquisition of API Access & Security, expanding both our team and technical expertise, positioning Access Hardware as the largest commercial locksmith and security network in Australia.We have a great opportunity to join our head office team in North Melbourne.Your responsibilities will include:Manage existing client accounts and deliver an excellent sales experience to Trade Sales customersManage a high volume debtors ledgerUndertake collection calls to ensure timely paymentAllocate and receipt customer payments accuratelyPerform account reconciliationsBuild relationships with customers to support timely paymentReport on outstanding debtProvide a high standard of service to customers, Access Hardware managers & staffAssist other Access Hardware Branches as requiredRespond tointernal and external customer queriesIdentify overdue accounts and raise to relevant internal stakeholdersAbout you:Organised and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environmentWilling to learn and adapt to the Access Hardware processesExperience managing a high volume of emailsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills,strong attention to detail, with a pro-active approach to resolving issuesDemonstrated experience in an administrative-based roleA strong work ethic with a friendly, professionalapproach when working with both internal and external stakeholdersBe a Team PlayerWhy Access Hardware?
