Whether you're deepening your expertise or taking on something new, we'll support you to power a career that works for you.We're building a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued - because when people are free to be themselves, powerful things happen.About the roleYou will deliver effective and engaging training solutions that build organisational capability and delivers a positive return for the Retail business.This role requires travel out to retail sites for field based training in store and leadership training across the retail network virtually.Key responsibilities:Deliver engaging operational and behavioural training that achieves learning outcomes and supports change.Coordinate training logistics, calendars, budgets, reporting, and all associated administration.Manage assessments, compliance activities, and maintain accurate records in the LMS.Build solid relationships with Retail Operations stakeholders to understand needs and support capability uplift.Identify training needs, recommend improvements, and deliver ad hoc programs or capability sessions as required.About youAs an experienced Store Manager in retail, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role and be excited to support the development of Store Managers and assist the regional leader.Key skills and experience:Store level operations experience including in depth understanding of RetailStrong business acumen with working knowledge of retail IT systemsUnderstanding of retail operational execution principlesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and ExcelOur total remuneration is competitive.
This is across base salary, a performance incentive, employee share offers and a 25% discount on Fuel for two privately used cars!

Support for up to 3 months remote international working (conditional to 5 days paid leave for every 30 days of remote work).
