Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer: Financial Services to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Financial Services Management Team and Director: Corporate Services.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organisation that supports over 17,000 students and 4,000 staff across 39 schools throughout Tasmania, contributing to a mission focused on excellence in education and holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities
Providing executive and administrative support to senior financial leadersManaging complex diaries, workflows, correspondence, and logisticsCoordinating meetings, travel, and schedulesSupporting financial and corporate administration processes (including budgeting and reporting)Preparing reports, presentations,
and key documentationBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in high-level executive or administrative supportStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesA proactive mindset with sound judgement and problem-solving capabilityHigh levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Essential Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable PeopleNational Police Criminal History Check (NPCHC)Willingness to obtain Accreditation A to work in a Catholic school
