This role ensures compliance with operational standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving team capability, engagement, and performance.

Assisting the Melbourne Leadership team with providing input into the process planning and scheduling program of the siteImplementing process plans within their area of responsibilityDeveloping and supervising all staff in line with Corporate and Divisional GoalsImplementing and maintaining Safety, Quality,



Process and production performanceResponsible for safe work practices in accordance with the company's OH&S; policies and proceduresAdhere to site safety policies and training with regards to chemical handling and usageParticipate actively and effectively in site decision making processes and promoting collaboration between site functional units in achieving overall business goalsUse computer-based programs for data recording, report and program generationMonitor, investigate and correct OH&S; non-conformances within their areaCoordinate new employee trainingProvide relief assistance during periods of absence of other Supervisors and staffContinuously improve own capabilities through demonstrated commitment to personal developmentCarry out internal GMP audits, communicate results with staff and support Management with the implementation of remedies for any issueUndertake other tasks within the levels of skills and competencies as required.Promote Safety, Quality and Process within the business.What You'll Bring:Manual dexterity and physical capability to perform the full range of manual handling tasksAbility to work effectively either individually or in a team setting under routine supervisionAbility to identify faults or hazards,
