Customer Service Officer - Freight Forwarding
Location: Geelong, VIC (with 1 day per fortnight in Tullamarine)
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super (Fixed-Term Contract - 6 months)
Work Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

The Prospect
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Operations Officer to join our client's team in Geelong on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on shipment progress.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor international air and ocean freight movements (FCL/LCL).
Operational Admin: Prepare customer quotations, arrange local transport, and handle invoicing/billing.
System Data Entry: Accurately update shipping and customs information in CargoWise.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with overseas agents, carriers, and offshore support teams to keep freight moving smoothly.
