THE ROLE
Based at our Concrete Call Centre at Dry Creek, you will be the first point of contact for phone and sales enquiries.
This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be highly organised and self-motivated with a solid commitment to quality and safety.
This role is fulltime permanent, with staggered start times (on a rostered basis) which also includes every second Saturday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Receive inbound calls, take orders, providing professional customer service with every interaction




Allocate orders to Agitator Drivers for delivery to site to ensure customer satisfaction
Scheduling tasks
Processing of Orders
EFTPOS transactions
Cash Sale enquiries
General account customer enquiries
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills as a minimum
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Scheduling experience
Good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area
Previous experience in the concrete industry (preferred but not essential)
