About the Chance
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial projects across NSW.
This is a hands‐on leadership role combining end-to-end project delivery, technical input, client relationship management, and business development.
Supported by our Melbourne head office, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding our presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery from tender through design, construction, commissioning, and handover
Maintain project schedules, budgets, profitability,



and quality outcomes
Implement risk management processes, including SWMS and safety assessments
Build strong relationships with existing national customers
Support growth of our Sydney and NSW client base
Provide hands‐on technical input across design, coordination, and quality control
Apply industrial electrical expertise across switchboards, control systems, and plant infrastructure
Mentor subcontractors and develop trusted partner relationships
Travel as required to support project and client needs
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2+ years' project management experience within industrial or infrastructure sectors
Prior experience across industrial environments such as manufacturing or utilities
Current NSW Electrical Licence
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
A self-motivated mindset with the drive to grow a regional presence
Hands‐on experience with LV switchboards, control panels, MCCs, and distribution systems
Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully
