With more than 800 stores across 13 countries and counting, we are now seeking a passionate hospitality or retail leader to join us as a Store Business Manager.
Working up to 38 hours per week on a casual basis, you will bring the positivity, energy and leadership needed to inspire a vibrant team of Boosties.
In this role, you will drive the business forward and oversee the success of your store.
As an established customer service leader, you will lead by example and work hands-on alongside your team, supporting them to be the best they can be while delivering positive customer experiences.
As a Store Business Manager, your role will involve –
Motivating your team of Boosties to promote the Boost Values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience.
Hiring, on boarding, training, rostering your team of Boosties
Implementing marketing campaigns to grow your business and delight your customers.




Meeting the stores financial objectives.
Grow and develop your team to be future leaders within the brand.
Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels
Maintaining operations by implementing and following policies & standard operating procedures
What are we looking for?
Proven leadership experience either a quick-paced hospitality, or retail environment.
Solid business acumen.
Excellent administration skills.
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.
A profound focus on customer service and driven by results.
