TasksDay to Day portfolio managementLeasing, processing applicationsAppraisals & new property listingArrearsMaintenance & ComplianceInspections (Ingoing, Routine & Outgoing)Business development and growth of rent roll with support from a company Business Development Manager.
Salary will be negotiated depending on experience.
