This position is responsible for co ordinating the HR recruitment process, working closely with applicable managers and will assist, and support, the HR Team where required.The role is based in our Goondiwindi Head Office - 5 days per week - Monday to Friday.Responsibilities of the role include however not limited to:Recruitment across our network in QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS including Drivers,
Administration and Management.Generate employment offers and employment life cycle documentationSupport colleagues to complete workflows thoroughly and promptlyGuide new employees through general onboardingProvidetroubleshooting support and maintenance for our HRM and online training programs(Elmo, SC Training - training provided)Requirements to be successful in this position:High attention to detailThorough documentation skillsProfessional maturityProactive approach to tasks and support function to the TeamAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyStrictest confidentialityExperience in Human Resources, Payroll or other professional roles will be highly regarded.
