Warehouse Supervisor – Perth WA
The Opportunity
An established and growing transport and logistics business is seeking an experienced and motivatedWarehouse Supervisorto lead our Perth warehouse operation.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising a team of approximately6–8 warehouse employees, ensuring daily warehouse activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
The role is focused on leading people, managing warehouse operations and driving performance.
The successful applicant will have proven3PL (Third Party Logistics)experience, be highly organised, self-motivated and capable of building a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of 6–8 warehouse personnel.
Coordinate and oversee all daily warehouse operations.
Ensure inbound, outbound and storage activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle counting.
Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demands.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and WHS legislation.
Liaise with operations, customer service and transport teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture built on teamwork and continuous improvement.
About You




To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience supervising warehouse operations within a3PL environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, driven and reliable work ethic.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Australian working rights.
Desirable
Experience within the transport and logistics industry.
Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Experience implementing warehouse process improvements.
Exposure to quality systems such as HACCP, SQF or ISO management systems.
