Job OverviewWe are recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort, commencing in March **** with an expected start date of May ****.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and train F&B; attendants, ensuring service standards are met.Provide professional, efficient, and tailored service to all guests.Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts,
