We're looking for a passionate and proactive Human Resources Advisor who thrives on variety and meaningful work.
You'll support our people and leaders with expert guidance, practical solutions, and a commitment to continuous improvement— while working across our Perth and Pilbara offices, helping deliver services that make a real difference for Aboriginal communities.
About the Role
Perth or Pilbara-based, you'll collaborate across corporate and operational sites with passionate professionals.
You will work closely with multi‐disciplinary teams, providing HR support across employee relations, compliance, policy development, and day‐to‐day operations.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll have the full support of guidance and mentorship so as to achieve HR operational objectives and outcomes across the organisation.
Opportunities for travel between our Pilbara offices in Port Hedland and Karratha will keep you connected and ensure the provision of hands‐on HR support for operational teams.
Key Accountabilities
Deliver accurate, timely advice on people‐related matters including contracts, policies,
and employee relations
Support policy development and implementation
Assist with investigations, performance management and conflict resolution
Coach managers in leadership and disciplinary processes
Maintain HRIS records and contribute to reporting and analytics
Drive HR projects and initiatives that enhance engagement and culture
Ensure compliance with Fair Work and relevant legislation
About You
You're a collaborative, solutions‐focused HR professional who thrives in agile environments and values purpose‐driven work.
You bring empathy, initiative, and a genuine desire to support others including:
Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and/or related field
2–3 years' HR experience
Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation
Strong communication, relationship‐building and organisational skills
HRIS experience (such as Employment Hero) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
A growth mindset and team‐first attitude
Willingness to travel regionally to connect with operational teams
