We are seeking a motivated and enthusiasticBusiness Development Officerto join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a respected disability services provider while building strong relationships across the NDIS and community sectors.
About the Role
As our Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our presence within the disability sector by developing strategic partnerships, strengthening stakeholder relationships, promoting our services, and increasing brand awareness.
You will represent our organisation professionally across industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements while supporting ongoing business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, NDIS Providers, Government Departments and community organisations.
Attend expos, conferences, networking events and industry forums.
Promote our disability support services throughout the community.
Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence through engaging content.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials and presentations.
Follow up referrals, business leads and partnership opportunities.
Prepare reports, presentations and business development updates.
Maintain accurate stakeholder and business development records.




Support organisational projects and community engagement initiatives.
About You
You are an outgoing and professional individual who enjoys meeting new people and creating lasting partnerships.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy representing an organisation that genuinely improves people's lives.
You will also have:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, sales, marketing or administration.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders both face-to-face and over the phone.
Experience using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Desirable Experience
Experience within the disability, healthcare or community services sector.
Knowledge of the NDIS and disability services.
Experience managing LinkedIn or professional social media platforms.
Experience attending expos, networking events or industry forums.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
