What You'll Do (Making a Real Impact)
True Companionship – Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Independence at Home – Helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.
Community Connection – Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.
Health & Safety Monitoring – Keeping accurate care records and proactively reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to protect our clients.
What You Bring to the Team




Experience in Care – Solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
Great Communication – Ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.
The Essentials – Valid First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain them quickly).
A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience.
