Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
Support system migrations and data centre operations.
Diagnose performance, connectivity,



and security issues.
Administer Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AD, and M365.
Assist with disaster recovery, backups, and SAN storage.
Contribute to design and implementation of recent technologies.
Monitor systems and support application delivery tools.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Windows Server, VMware, Linux, and AD.
Experience with SAN, backup/recovery, Citrix, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools like PowerShell.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., Essential 8).
Relevant certifications (MCSA/MS365, Azure, VMware, Nutanix, ITIL) highly regarded.
