Our purpose built 43 place centre is looking a passionate and dedicated Centre Director to build on our success.
This role is a Full Time role, Monday to Friday with rostered shifts between our opening hours of 7am till 6pm.
To be successful in this role you will be a passionate about managing and assisting your team to provide outstanding experiences for the children & families including developing and maintaining an amazing environment and learning spaces.
Ideally with several years experience in asimilar role you will be a leader and motivating educator with capable administrative skills, high attention to detail and unwaivering standards.
You will have a robust understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and regulations.
We deliver a strong onboarding program with ongoing professional development and support as such high calibre 2IC's or EL's are encouraged to apply.
The ability to develop excellent relationships with families is essential, along with managing operations to maximiseenrolments and ensuring Flourish is see as the centre of choice for families in the community.
The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individualwho works well in a team but autonomously.
Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.
You will be an integral part of the management team, networking directly with the owners, other Centre Directors and Educational Leaders across the group.
You will have the opportunity to input directly to the organisation and you will know your voice is valued.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Education (0-5years) or a Diploma in Children's Services
Current Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT*******)
Current Child Safe Foundations
Food Safety Supervisor (highly regarded)
Police check with no adverse
No prohibition notices
Current First Aid (HLTAID019)
Safe Sleep Training/Certificate
SKILL SET
knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
governance and compliance in early childhood settings
EYLF and NQS
adequate software skills including Microsoft office Excel, Word
people and culture management
workplace health and safety knowledge
