The Opportunity
As Property Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of Council's property services, providing specialist advice and strategic oversight across a diverse property portfolio.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, government agencies, commercial operators and the community, you'll manage complex property matters including land tenure, leasing, licensing, commercial agreements and property utilisation.
This is a varied leadership role where your technical expertise, commercial judgement and negotiation skills will help shape Council's long-term property outcomes while ensuring compliance with legislative and governance requirements.

$121,071 Base annual salary
$137,425 Total Remuneration Package which is based on a full-time employee and inclusive of 12% Employer superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About You
You are an experienced property professional with a proven ability to solve complex issues and build strong stakeholder relationships.
You combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and are confident leading a team while effectively managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Council's property function by coordinating property services, prioritising work programs and providing leadership across property operations and initiatives.
Provide authoritative property advice and recommendations to Council, management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, legislative compliance, governance and effective risk management.




Lead complex property transactions, projects, negotiations and stakeholder relationships to achieve commercially sound, customer-focused and organisational outcomes.
Foster a high-performing property service through effective collaboration, capability development, continuous improvement, and the stewardship of property systems, records and reporting to strengthen organisational performance.
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams, foster collaboration and drive accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
Extensive experience in property, land administration, leasing, licensing or property portfolio management, supported by strong knowledge of relevant property and local government legislation and governance requirements
Proven stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build productive relationships across government, community and commercial sectors.
Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex property matters, balance competing priorities and prepare high-quality reports, briefings and recommendations.
Qualifications, Training and Licences
Degree qualification in Property, Property Economics, Business, Law, Commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in property, land administration, leasing, licensing or property portfolio management.
Current "C" Class Driver Licence.
Postgraduate qualifications or professional accreditation in property, asset management, or project management (desirable).
