About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners and guests, coordinating maintenance and operational requirements, conducting property inspections, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You will work closely with our office-based team as well as our offshore support team, using a range of industry-specific systems and technology platforms.
No two days are the same.
This role requires someone who enjoys problem-solving, thinking on their feet, and delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing relationships with property owners and guests
Responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Conducting routine property inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing property compliance requirements
Working with contractors, cleaners, and service providers
Collaborating with our offshore administration team
Learning and using a variety of property management and booking systems
Providing exceptional customer service and communication at all times
Contributing positively to a close-knit and supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism, customer service, property management, or a similar service-based industry




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid relationship-building abilities
Outstanding customer service skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence
Reliable vehicle for work-related travel
Willingness to obtain and maintain the required NSW Real Estate qualification and licence as part of the role
Availability to participate in our rotating roster and after-hours on-call requirements
Work Schedule
This position operates on a three-week rotating roster:
Week 1
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
Week 2
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
After-hours on-call responsibility from Monday through Sunday
Week 3
Wednesday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
The roster provides regular extended time off while ensuring excellent service for our owners and guests.
