The Role
As a Camp Attendant, you will provide daily cleaning and housekeeping services across accommodation facilities, while supporting the broader site team as required.
You will contribute to maintaining high standards and creating a positive camp environment aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services to accommodation rooms and common areas
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across the site
Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with procedures
Support camp operations, including assisting guests and conducting inductions when required
Maintain effective communication with team members and site stakeholders
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and site briefings
Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality and environmental standards
Manage cleaning consumables and equipment efficiently
Build positive relationships with residents, guests and clients
Undertake additional duties as reasonably directed to support camp operations
About You
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning, ideally within accommodation or camp environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes




Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Customer-focused mindset with robust communication skills
Ability to work day or night shifts in a remote camp environment
Valid manual driver's licence
First Aid Certificate (desirable)
