Responsibilities
Account for revenue and book incoming payments from customers by verifying and completing receivable transactions.
Process high volume deposit receipts and apply payments to invoices.
Assist with daily bank reconciliations.
Manage customer accounts by monitoring outstanding amounts and taking appropriate action to ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers.
Provide support to other members of the collections team as needed.
Data entry and account maintenance in the Great Plains system.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies.
Comply with Company priorities and policies in terms of debt collection, and comply at all times with all policies and regulations applicable to the role.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable/banking reconciliation experience with high business-to-customer volume is desirable.
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask,



strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and helping resolve customer queries and complaints.
Excellent phone manner.
