About the Role
This newly created position has been established as the practice continues to grow.
You'll combine your clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the back-of-house runs efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and infection control.
Your responsibilities will include:
Chairside dental assisting
Sterilisation and infection control management
Coordinating daily clinical flow
Stock ordering and inventory management
Laboratory coordination
Ensuring surgeries are fully prepared each day
Supporting and coordinating the Dental Assistant team
Assisting reception during peak periods when required
Driving continuous improvement within the clinical environment
Who We're Looking For

An experienced Dental Assistant with at least five years' experience.
