Service Advisor
We currently have an excellent prospect available to drive the success of the AUS Mechanical Services and Europcar businesses by supporting the Workshop team in providing quality, professional service to clientele.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain customer retention and ensure the service department is performing at a profit to the business.
The successful candidate will be the main contact between the workshop and customers regarding the repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
The position requires a thorough understanding of vehicle servicing and repair operations in order to successfully provide support.
Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in customer service and administration will ensure you are able to hit the ground running.




This role is NOT a FIFO role and will require the candidate to be based in Port Hedland.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Maximise sales of service and parts
Improve service retention
Keep data base cleansed and maintained
Assist with costing of invoices
Answer inbound telephone calls, inquiries & follow up
The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in workshop administration
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed communication skills and telephone techniques
Time management and coordination skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office software and Units
Current drivers licence (MR preferred)
