Work on the Best
From commercial fishing vessels and workboats to luxury superyachts and premium recreational craft, no two days are the same.
You'll be working with industry-leading brands including Volvo Penta, Scania, MAN, Twin Disc, Seakeeper and Humphree, supported by ongoing factory training and the latest diagnostic technology.
Your Role
As a valued member of our service team, you will:
Diagnose, service and repair marine diesel engines and propulsion systems.
Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections to the highest industry standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
Rebuild and overhaul engines, gearboxes and associated marine systems.
Complete accurate service documentation and maintenance records.
Mentor apprentices and work collaboratively within a highly skilled technical team.
Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job.
What You'll Bring




We're looking for someone who thrives on technical challenges and takes pride in getting the job done right.
You'll ideally have:
Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter, Marine Technician or similar mechanical trade.
Proven experience servicing and repairing diesel engines and marine equipment.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of diesel fuel systems, hydraulics, cooling systems and marine electrical systems.
Experience using electronic diagnostic software.
A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
