About the role
We are currently seeking experienced support workers to assist our valued client in a new SIL home as well as some Community Participation in the Norwood area
What We Are Looking For:
Proficiency in complex care, including epilepsy care
Experience & Reliability: Proven history as a dedicated support worker.
Highly dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.
Exceptional Communication: The ability to build rapport and clearly communicate with clients and team members.
Flexibility & Travel: Must have versatile availability and be open to traveling between different service locations.

About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values:Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
In addition to our values, our support staff requireMandatory Experience and Compliance:
Experience in complex care, including epilepsy and PEG care.
12 months minimum experience as a Disability Support Worker, AIN, Aged Care Worker, Nurse, or a related field.
Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III) in Disability or a related industry.
NDIS Worker Check clearance
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we can provide the training
Medication Administration (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we can provide the training
Drivers Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car
