About the Role

No prior experience in insurance is required, on the job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, offering assistance or redirecting as needed.
Process and manage claim lodgements for make safes, quotes, and reports.
Arrange contractors for emergency or temporary repairs.




Respond to client queries and provide regular updates on the status of repairs.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Achieve set business KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Proven customer service experience (essential)
Professional phone manner and reliability
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
Team player with a willingness to learn
