Job Description
We are seeking energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Banquets & Events team on a casual basis.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality service across conferences, functions, and banquets, while also supporting our restaurant and bar outlets during service periods.
You will play a key role in creating smooth, professional and memorable guest experiences across both large-scale events and day-to-day dining service.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver professional food and beverage service across conferences, banquets, restaurant and bar outletsAssist with event set-up,



pack-down and restaurant preparation as requiredServe food and beverages efficiently during functions, events and dining serviceEnsure service areas are well presented, stocked and organised at all timesAnticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service across all outletsWork closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintain cleanliness and uphold high presentation standards throughout service
Qualifications
Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitudePrevious hospitality or events experience (highly regarded)Confidence working in both restaurant and banquet environmentsStrong teamwork and communication skillsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationFlexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
