We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer Level 2 to join our IT Infrastructure and Support team.
You have the chance to make a key difference in the community by ensuring the technology that supports safe and reliable transport services operates effectively every day!
What You'll Be Doing
Provide technical support for IT incidents and service requests across the business
Act as an escalation point for complex issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions
Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware, mobile devices and peripheral equipment
Assist with the administration and support of network infrastructure including switches, routers and wireless access points
Monitor system performance, backups, alerts and infrastructure health to ensure reliability
Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles and incident records
Support IT projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Infrastructure Support role
Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop hardware, software and Microsoft 365 environments
Experience supporting Microsoft applications including Office 365, particularly Teams and SharePoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including switches, routers and wireless technologies
Strong documentation skills,



attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently, show initiative and contribute positively within a team environment
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have valid, unrestricted working rights
