With a strong pipeline of work across Tasmania, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team in the South.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, work alongside capable project teams and contribute to high-quality commercial construction outcomes.
About the Role:
Lead day-to-day site operations across commercial Design and Construct projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, equipment and site activities to keep works progressing safely and efficiently.
Work closely with Project Managers to plan, monitor and deliver construction programmes.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and site presentation.
Review safe work documentation, conduct inductions and support a strong safety culture.
Monitor workmanship, identify defects and ensure issues are rectified promptly.
Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, risk controls, compliance documents and progress updates.
Build positive working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
About You:
You are a confident and practical Site Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front.
You bring sound technical judgement, clear communication and a genuine commitment to safe, high-quality project delivery.
You'll be self-motivated and highly driven to achieve goals and a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
You'll have 4+ years in a similar role and you will be comfortable coordinating trades,



solving problems on site and keeping projects moving in line with programme, budget, safety and client expectations.
Experience supervising commercial construction projects, ideally valued between $2 million and $10 million or more.
Strong understanding of construction programmes, specifications, drawings, buildability and sequencing.
Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams with confidence, respect and accountability.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
A proactive approach to planning, problem-solving, quality control and continuous improvement.
Sound computer skills and confidence using project management systems such as Procore and Buildpass.
White Card required, whilst First Aid, Forklift, EWP, Telescopic Handler, Basic Rigging and Working at Heights qualifications will strengthen your application.
