10 - Month Maternity Leave Contract
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactiveHuman Resources Business Partnerto join our team on a10-month maternity leave contract.
This is a hands-on generalist role supporting our manufacturing and professional teams across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll work closely with leaders to provide practical HR advice, support employee relations, coordinate recruitment, and help drive a positive workplace culture.

About the Role
Provide day-to-day HR support across a broad range of activities, including:
Partnering with managers on employee relations and performance matters.
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
Preparing employment contracts and managing HR administration.
Supporting probation, performance review, and development processes.
Providing HR support to payroll and employee lifecycle changes.
Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and company policies.
Coordinating employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
Supporting training, leadership development, and compliance activities.
Assisting with return-to-work coordination and WHS-related administration.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:




Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards.
Experience managing recruitment and employee relations matters.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
A proactive, approachable, and collaborative working style.
Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment and exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS will be highly regarded.
