We are looking for a driven Candidate Manager to work with our real estate & property consultants supporting the full recruitment lifecycle to develop strong candidate relationships.
This candidate focused role is a great stepping stone into becoming an Associate Recruitment Consultant in future.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Source high-quality real estate & property talent
Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures
The Criteria:
Property or Real Estate industry experience, ideally Sales Support or BDM related roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with zero call reluctance
Target-driven with a proven results mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
Confident negotiator and problem solver
Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
