Service Administrator (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organisedService Administratorto join our Service Team on a permanent part time basis ****** hours per week).

About the Role
As administration support, you will be responsible for reviewing completed work orders, ensuring costs are captured accurately, and generating invoices for customers in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
· Administrative support/ general administrative duties (data entry, answering phones, filing and managing compliance documentation)
· Database integrity (ensuring the accurate and timely handling of service and repair records)
· Work order processing & invoicing - ensuring costs are accurately captured,



stock is appropriately recorded and invoices are delivered to customers accurately and fairly.
· Reporting - provide service and repair reports to customers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience in a Service based administrative support
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Outstanding customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer and ERP system knowledge
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive and PDF reader /editor programs.
A curious and customer focused approach
Experience within the forklift, construction equipment, agricultural, automotive or heavy machinery industries will be highly regarded
