Skills
Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be providing a high level of customer service, roster management and administrative support to employees, residents, visitors and guests within the home.
This is a multi-faceted role requiring valuable time management, superb communication and strong administration skills.
We use a variety of different systems so IT skills here are key.
Within this role you'll be responsible for:
Providing strong administrative support to the home leadership teamManaging the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employeesAssisting with occupancy of roomsCreating a welcoming home environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
To be successful in this role you'll need
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyProven administration experience in a busy roleCert II or III in Business Administration or something similar Ideally used Humanforce for shift/roster management Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – this will be tested Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to provide regular coaching and feedback for my teamWillingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS Clearance
