About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to theManaging Director, you will lead the finance function and become a trusted member of our leadership team.

Employment may be offered on a casual, permanent part-time or permanent full-time basis, depending on the successful candidate's experience, availability and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
As Finance Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day financial management of the organisation.
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and executive reports.
Develop budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
Provide commercial advice and financial insights to support business growth.
Monitor organisational performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Develop financial models to support strategic projects and expansion.
Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and internal processes.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business operations.
Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.
Prepare BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, FBT and statutory reporting.
Coordinate month-end and year-end reporting.
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, financial institutions and government agencies.
Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to achieve organisational goals.
About You

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
A minimum of five years' experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance position.
Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS, Aged Care, Community Nursing or Healthcare sector (essential).
Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and taxation legislation.
Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flow analysis.
Experience with BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, FBT and statutory reporting.
Advanced knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel.
Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
