Iconic Hospitality Services Pty Ltdis currently seeking reliable and motivatedRoom Attendantsand an experiencedHousekeeping Supervisorto join our hotel housekeeping team.
We are looking for team members who take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards, enjoy working in a fast-paced hotel workplace, and are committed to delivering a positive guest experience.
Room Attendants
We are looking forRoom Attendantsto assist with the cleaning and presentation of hotel guest rooms and public areas.
Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred; however, we are also happy to train someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Shifts are generally4–5 hours, depending on occupancy, individual productivity, and daily workload, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.
Housekeeping Supervisor
Although the role title isHousekeeping Supervisor, we are looking for someone who is ready to step up and grow into anAssistant Housekeeping Managerrole.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous hotel housekeeping supervisory experience who is looking to advance their career.
In this role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand standards.
You will assist with room allocations, team coordination, rostering support,
inspections, productivity, training, and overall service delivery.
You will also act as the3IC when required, providing hands-on leadership and support to the housekeeping team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous hotel housekeeping supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of room inspections and quality standards
Experience with room allocations and daily team planning
The ability to manage opening and closing procedures
Experience using Opera PMS
A good understanding of housekeeping productivity and labour management
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to train, coach, and motivate team members
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
A positive attitude and a hands-on approach to leading the team
