New Graduate Opportunity – Medical Optometrist, Mudgee and Dubbo $130K package
Our client is looking for a new graduate optometrist to join their team as aMedical Optometristin Mudgee and Dubbo on a permanent full-time basis.
This role offers a balanced work schedule of 2-3 days per week in Mudgee and the other two days in Dubbo with no weekend commitments.
This will provide an excellent opportunity for work-life balance in a thriving and supportive practice.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic tools including OCT, Auto Refractor, Orbscan, and HVF.
Provide refractive care
Work independently with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Participate in meetings, staff training, development programs, and performance appraisals.
Demonstrate accountability, robust communication, and excellent observation skills.
Ensure HEP B immunity and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
New or Recent optometry graduate
Refractive experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently




Excellent communication and observation skills.
Detail-oriented with accountability and a proactive attitude.
HEP B Immunity required.

Benefits
Base Salary $115,500 (including AHPRA and CPD allowance)
Superannuation $14,500
Total $130,000 package
Relocation of up to $5,000 payable upon receipts
Plus paid accommodation in Dubbo (1 or 2 nights per week) and a company vehicle will be provided.
