About the RoleAs a Corporate Travel Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for our valued business clients, managing their travel requirements from start to finish.
From booking complex domestic and international itineraries to providing expert advice and support, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.No two days are the same.
You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate ever-changing travel requirements while building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
What You'll Be DoingManaging domestic and international corporate travel bookingsCreating tailored travel itineraries that meet client needs and company travel policiesProviding exceptional customer service via phone and emailOffering expert advice on airfares, accommodation, car hire,
and travel logisticsAssisting travellers with changes, disruptions, and urgent travel requestsBuilding strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted travel partnerWorking collaboratively with a supportive and experienced teamWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in corporate travel, business travel, or a similar travel consulting roleStrong GDS experience (Sabre preferred)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and solid organisational abilitiesA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPassion for delivering exceptional customer serviceWhy Join Us?
