✅ 1 x Senior Project Manager - Contracts
The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and provide high-level expertise in project management, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
The role will also support and mentor junior project management staff while managing multiple contracts and major project outcomes.
✅ 4 x Project Managers - Contracts
Project Managers will be responsible for managing the procurement, delivery, and administration of infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio including civil, water, sewer, building, mechanical and electrical works.
These positions will manage projects from planning through to completion while ensuring quality, budget, safety, environmental and stakeholder outcomes are achieved.
About the Roles
Working within Council's Infrastructure Delivery team, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion and close-out.
Coordinate procurement activities including tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
Administer and manage construction and engineering contracts.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
Ensure compliance with WHS,



environmental and quality requirements.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, stakeholders and Council representatives.
Conduct regular site inspections and construction coordination activities.
Prepare project reports, recommendations and presentations as required.
Essential Requirements
Degree qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Management or a related discipline (or extensive equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure, engineering or construction projects.
Strong contract management and procurement experience.
Experience managing project budgets, risks, schedules and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Current Class C Driver Licence.
Highly Regarded
Local Government project delivery experience.
Extensive experience in civil, water, sewer, building or related infrastructure projects.
White Card / General Construction Induction Card.
Previous experience leading or mentoring project teams (Senior Project Manager role).
